THE PROJECT OF THE FIRST MUSEUM INSIDE A NIGHTCLUB
At Cocoricò, it’s not just dancing: art meets music in an epic way. Thanks to Unfollow Advertising, with the creative brilliance of Mike Pagliarulo and the artistic direction of Alessandro Leoni.
An idea born during the pandemic, turned into reality through a crowdfunding campaign that raised €137,000 on Produzioni dal Basso and hundreds of thousands more from private donations. The May 19th inauguration made history, drawing the attention of national and international media.
MUDI: THE ARTWORKS
MUDI features 29 pieces spread throughout Cocoricò, created by twenty emerging Italian talents: Abraxass, Collettivo Cesura (Luca Santese, Marco Paolo Valli), David Pompili, Fabio Weik, Filippo Sorcinelli, Isabella Nardon, Jacopo Noera, Ka$ap Rocky, Laura Tura, Nic Paranoia, Riffblast, Rocco Trussoni, Sara Leghissa, Sara Scanderebech, among others including Unfollow itself. These artists turn every night at Cocoricò into a dynamic art gallery.
CONTRIBUTIONS AND COLLABORATIONS
The MUDI environment was curated by LCL Studio, which brought their expertise from prestigious projects, including work for the Vatican Museums, to create an immersive experience that blends art and architecture. Honoring Loris Riccardi, MUDI amplifies Cocoricò’s legacy as a space for culture and free expression. Here, art lives and breathes with music, continuing the mission of a venue that defined a generation.
